Standard Ground Delivery
We ship to Military Addresses and the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Orders shipped via standard ground delivery (USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground) typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii*.
- Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to military addresses ( A.P.O, A.F.O, etc).
- Holidays and weekend days are not counted in transit time
- If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date we recommend choosing either our Rush or Express shipping options.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped.
* Please note that we are on the East Coast, so USPS shipments may take up to 7 business days from date of shipment. A shipment to the West Coast, for example, usually takes one full week to arrive via USPS.
- Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
- Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
- Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
- Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Next Business Day Delivery
- Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
- Orders placed on weekdays after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
- Next Business Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.
Delivery Time (Transit Time)
- Most items ship within 1-2 business day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description. (Please note that we usually SHIP the next business day, not DELIVER.)
- Express orders placed by 1:00 pm ET (M-F)will ship the next business day,unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description.
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Express orders placed by 11:00am ET on Saturday ship the same day, unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description.
- Express orders placed on Sunday will ship the next business day unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description.
- Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected,(please refer to shipping chart below). Only business days are counted in transit time.
- Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day.
GlamKidZ is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they have left our warehouse. All items purchased from GlamKidZ.com are at the risk of loss and title for such loss passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. Upon delivery Packages are left either in your mailbox, or can possibly be left on your porch. Should you require insurance, delivery confirmation or a signature required at time of delivery please advise us of your request in the customer notes section of the checkout process.
Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to recipient -- please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days after the order was delivered to recipient, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of GlamKidz and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee. Sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for returns/exchanges/store credit. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable, both ways.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result.
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order, (i.e. the delivery date), unused, unwashed, in original packaging (excluding gift packaging) and in original condition with all tags intact, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges), with the exception of items listed in the following section. Please see "Gifts" section regarding returns of gifts, which may be returned for store credit only, (issued via email to gift recipient).If an item was purchased as a set, (for example a top and pants), it must be returned as a set. Returns/exchanges of incomplete sets will not be processed
**Items marked as Sale/Clearance/Final Sale may be returned for store credit only. These items are denoted by a "store credit only" icon on the item page.
**Deal of the Day items may be returned for store credit only.
**Special Order Items CAN NOT be returned for store credit/exchange.
**Pre-order Items may be returned for exchange only.
** Swimsuits are non-refundable but can be returned for store credit or size exchange.
** Special Occasion/Formal Wear and Holiday Wear can be returned for a full refund within 7 days since receipt; If returned past 7 days, exchange or store credit would be issued accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not process exchanges for items eligible for store credit only.
Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our Return Criteria will be credited at the item's current sales price plus a 25% restocking fee. Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase refund/store credit upon return to our warehouse.
We would like to inform you that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up/suite well with active children. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, damaged in the wash or fell apart after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering. For your convenience we have included a detailed description of fabric and care for each piece of clothing on the item page. Please read carefully before ordering.
Gifts may be returned for store credit to recipient or credit back to purchaser's credit card within 14 days of the date you received the order. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) If you would like a store credit please include your email address with the return as this is where your store credit information will be sent. We're sorry, but we cannot process exchanges for gift returns.
Your store credit may be used to purchase anything on our web site. Please see below for information on how to redeem your store credit. Store credit information will be sent via email only -- please be sure that firstname.lastname@example.org is in the allowed senders list of your email program. We cannot issue a cash or credit card refund to the gift recipient.
Please complete the Return Merchandise Form included with your shipment and be sure to indicate the email address where you would like store credit information sent in the "Your email Address" field. Without your email address we cannot process your store credit.
To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for or if time is an issue, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to the original form of payment. We're sorry, but we cannot "hold" items in anticipation of a return nor can we "rush" an exchange. If you prefer not to re-order, (with the understanding that requested items may no longer be available when your return is processed), exchanges may be made within 14 days of the date the original order is delivered to the recipient provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days after they were received, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.)
Re-shipping charges will be charged to the payment method on file with the original order in the case of exchanges. (We do not accept checks or money orders -- please do not send checks or money orders with your return.)
Exchanges are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a credit, (or store credit where applicable), will be issued to the original payment method on file and the information will be emailed to the email address on file for the original order.

To return/exchange your order, please complete steps 1-6 listed below:
Without the information requested on the form we cannot process your return or exchange.
1. Please request your customer RMA# via e-mail email@example.com.
2. Pack and seal the return securely. Don't forget to include Merchandise Return Form, so we can process your return/exchange promptly, without delay.
3. Ship via insured Mailer (optional, but highly recommended*)
* It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.
4. All packages must be prepaid-we can not accept C.O.D.
5. RMA# must appear in the designated area of the return label (included)
Returns and/or exchanges are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the item(s). A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.Returns may only be credited back to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.Please allow 30 days for your credit to appear on your statement (varies by Financial Institution). Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue date.
Store credits may be redeemed AFTER your return is processed by our Returns Department and you have received an email containing your store credit information.
When placing an order with store credit information follow the instructions in the store credit email that you receive. You will be asked for credit card information at checkout, however your credit card will not be charged at that time. Store credit orders are processed manually, and the store credit amount will NOT be reflected in your cart total at checkout. If your purchase is less than or equal to the store credit on file your credit card will not be charged. If your purchase amount exceeds the store credit on file your credit card will be charged only for the difference.
DAMAGED,MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- We're sorry, but we cannot confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. If it has been more than 14 days since your return arrived at our warehouse and your return has not been processed please Contact Us and include your name, order number and tracking details for your return so that we may assist you further.
- We take great care in packaging your shipment, but occasionally items are damaged in transit or there are flaws not visible to our shipping department. Should you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, please Contact Us immediately so that we may arrange for replacement and return shipping of damaged/flawed items.
- In spite of our best efforts to fulfill each order perfectly, occasionally human error results in an error in the packing of an order. Should this occur, please contact us immediately at Contact Us so that we may have the opportunity to correct our error in a timely fashion with as little inconvenience as possible to you.
Glamkidz Boutique has a right to inspect all merchandise prior to accepting the merchandise for an exchange or store credit. Glamkidz Boutique has a right to refuse to accept exchange or issue a store credit if the customer does not meet the above stated requirements. Thank you.
